I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, though a bit of attention to detail in cleanliness could make it even better. I missed having a hairdryer and iron, but overall, I found everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff being courteous and helpful. However, the late-night noise from other guests was a bit disruptive. The location was convenient, close to the Pleasure Beach and other attractions, though the size of the hotel didn't quite match the number of guests. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good value for money but a chaotic breakfast service at times. The facilities were satisfactory, offering what I needed during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the town center, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were comfortable with a king-size bed and extra folding bed for a teenage boy, though the breakfast room could get loud with kids. Unfortunately, returning to find a parking fine was disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size, very clean, but quite basic with no drawers. The service was excellent, with staff being patient, pleasant, polite, and funny. The location was ideal for our trip, easy to find, warm, and comfortable. The dining options were a letdown, not worth the extra cost. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

The hotel offers decent facilities with a 24-hour reception, suitable for overnight stays. The rooms were too hot and dusty, not providing a home-like experience but serving well for those looking for an affordable option with basic amenities.

Rooms
6.0
Rooms were fine for overnight stays, but not ideal for a home-like experience. Too hot and dusty, especially the bed head.
Service
8.0
The staff couldn't do enough for us, especially Gavin and Richard. They were very courteous and worked hard under difficult conditions. Gluten-free options were available.
Location
5.0
The location is not ideal, especially for those preferring to stay away from busy areas. It's not the best value for money, and the area was littered with empty bottles and glasses from the previous evening.
Dining
7.0
Dining was plentiful and very good, although the place could get busy in high season. The staff provided excellent guidance on local eateries.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were average, with a free phone for local taxis being a good addition.

I had a great stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms ideal for warming up after the winter cold. The breakfast was excellent, and the location overlooking Blackpool FC was perfect. The staff were knowledgeable and provided fantastic advice on local dining options. The parking was cheap, and the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were beautifully clean and warm, offering a comfortable retreat. It would have been perfect if there was more storage space or a hairdryer available, but the reception staff were accommodating.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist guests. Special shoutout to Joe, John, Reece, and Wayne for their hard work and positive attitude.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location worked perfectly for me, just a short walk to the main area of Blackpool with easy access to the town and beach. Being opposite Blackpool football club was a unique touch, but some noise from the kitchen storage area could be noticed in the morning.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast offered everything from coffee to a full English, but the dining experience felt chaotic and could benefit from more staff to manage the busy periods. Despite this, the friendly and professional staff always greeted guests with a smile.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great facilities, although it would be even better with a bit more organization during busy dining times.
